Fresh off their opening at Westfield UTC, ZZanG Hot Dog and Chicken are coming soon to Escondido. The Korean corn dog and fried chicken shop have locations at UTC and in Downtown Oceanside, plus H-Mart stops in Convoy and Mira Mesa.
Owner Kyu Yole Im confirmed their continued expansion with What Now San Diego stating the new location will be located at Westfield North County in Escondido. ZZanG are famous for their crispy rice corn dogs with indulgent fillings and toppings, plus their craveable Korean Fried Chicken.
Menu highlights include the Potato Triple, a sausage-and-mozzarella-stuffed corn dog topped with cubed potatoes. You can also grab a Cheddy Sausage (cheddar and sausage corn dog) and the Squiddy Moz, a squid-ink batter corn dog filled with sausage and mozzarella cheese.
