Spill the Beans Now Roasting in Mission Valley

Spill the Beans has something big brewing behind the scenes and is now ready to announce the opening of their new location in Mission Valley, as of Thursday, December 28th! The new Mission Valley location features the same menu as the Gaslamp and Seaport locations.

The menu includes scratch-made bagels topped with artisan-compounded butter, or you can choose from Spill the Beans’ selection of house-made cream cheeses. From flavors that include Sundried Tomato & Cheese to savory Bacon & White Cheddar, the bagel options cater to a variety of different tastes. Cream cheese pairings include White Truffle & Parmesan, Bananas Foster, and Caramelized Shallot & Chive, among others. The Spill the Beans menu will include a special bagel and cream cheese monthly rotating flavor selection.

All locations also offer a handful of breakfast sandwiches, like the San Dieggo made with two over-medium fried eggs, peppered bacon, American and pepper jack cheese, and cayenne aioli, as well as Chia Berry Bowls and loaded oatmeal. Available throughout the day are gourmet bagel sandwiches, such as the B.B.L. with peppered bacon, tomato, lettuce, and garlic aioli.

To accompany any bagel or sandwich, Spill the Beans offers an array of caffeinated beverages, from lattes to cold brews, tea to specialty crafted drinks like the Basic Sitch, a blend of caramel sauce, vanilla syrup, milk, and espresso.

Spill the Beans first rose to popularity among locals and tourists alike upon their opening, just over six years ago, in the Gaslamp Quarter, with their second location, in Seaport Village, having opened in December of 2020.

Hours of Operation are Mon-Thurs: 6am-7pm and Fri-Sun: 6am-8pm. Limited hours of operation (7am-6pm) from Thursday, Dec. 28 – Saturday, Dec. 30 and holiday hours (7am-2pm) on NYE and New Years Day.
