While the exact opening date and location of this new concept has yet to be revealed, the entrepreneur plans to launch this new restaurant in mid-city sometime next summer, according to the San Diego Union-Tribune. Customers will be able to choose their meats, seafood, vegetables, noodles, and broth. Once everything is selected, the contents are weighed, cooked, and delivered via robots. Lawless plans to franchise the concept after the first location opens.

While the accomplished personal chef only recently announced this new venture on her social media, she hinted at the concept a month ago when she spoke with Medium. When asked about what upcoming projects or culinary adventures Lawless is excited about, she mentioned working on more beers for her recently opened beer company, Flawless Beer Co. On top of opening Ramen World next year, Lawless is also planning a chef clothing line for women, empowering and stylish for the kitchen.

Before opening restaurants in San Diego, starting with Flawless Bistro and Bar in North County, she won the grand prize and title of Supermarket Stakeout Champion during Food Network’s Supermarket Stakeout. She has also appeared on shows such as Masterchef and Travel Channel’s Best in Food. When she’s not on TV, she releases autobiography/cookbooks, starting with her first book, Flawless Cuisine: Inspiring The World One Plate at a Time, sharing stories and recipes to enjoy.
