Potheads, rejoice! Spill the Beans is planning to double their local footprint soon, adding two new locations to enjoy coffee and bagels. Renderings of their two new spots are shared at their Website now.
The casual spot for breakfast munchies will place a location at Newport Avenue and Sunset Cliffs. Renderings show the former US Bank location updated with a quick service window, drive-thru service, and an express lane for mobile order pick-up. The location will also include a plethora of outdoor and rooftop seating options.
Mission Valley is also getting their very own Spill the Beans, with a location headed for Camino De La Reina. The Mission Valley location will host more in-house dining with lots of shaded outdoor tables, a fire pit, and lounge seating.
Spill the Beans is one of seven restaurant concepts by The Verant Group. The local hospitality company also operates spots in Pacific Beach and the Gaslamp like Maverick’s and The Smoking Gun.
You can currently catch a buzz from Spill the Beans in Seaport Village and the Gaslamp with a menu of bagels with gourmet spreads made in-house, breakfast sandwiches, and signature coffee drinks with cheeky names like the Basic Sitch and La Vida Mocha.
