Headquartered in Phoenix, Postino operates multiple locations in Arizona, Georgia, Colorado, and is rapidly expanding across Texas. The brand is managed by Upward Projects, the restaurant group behind other eateries such as Joyride Taco House, Federal Pizza, Churn, and Windsor. Last fall, the edgy wine bar filed their first local permits to join Little Italy’s new office and retail development 2100 Kettner.

Postino WineCafe features a menu of shareable bites, bruschetta, cheese and charcuterie boards, and paninis in a casual and social atmosphere. On weekends, Postino offers a brunch menu with elevated breakfast toasts, bowls, and signature dishes like the Panettone French Toast. Of course, each location comes with a generous wine list and beers on tap.

At the start of the year One Paseo shared updates on some of their incoming businesses, with a teaser of another unannounced restaurant joining the shopping hub. According to the post, neighbors South of Nick’s and Ramen King Keisuke are due to open in Spring 2023.

No word yet on when we can expect the first San Diego locations of Postino WineCafe to pop bottles. Get to know the brand by following Postino WineCafe on Instagram and visit their website for more information.
