What Now San Diego recently shared news that Ike’s Love & Sandwiches will join Twin Peaks Plaza Shopping Center in Poway. The Poway store is part of grander expansion plans revealed this week as the company prepares for fast growth across Southern California and Arizona in 2022.
Next up, Ike’s Love & Sandwiches will move into a spot formerly occupied by Which Wich at Scranton Rd and Mira Mesa Blvd in Sorrento Valley. As of now, you can get your “Dirty Sauce” fix at Ike’s in Hillcrest, Downtown, Point Loma, and Del Mar.
With over 80 locations in California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, and Colorado, Ike’s is planning to add an additional 30 stores this year.
QSR Magazine reports that the Bay Area born sandwich brand has set their sights on Los Angeles and Phoenix for the majority of their new locations. With a couple new stores in their home region of NorCal and two new spots in San Diego.
Established in 2007, Ike’s serves inventive sandwich combinations with cheeky names, oftentimes inspired by local celebs and icons. Proudly serving on Dutch Crunch bread and made complete with signature Dirty Sauce, Ike’s provides lots of options from gluten free to vegan choices.
