Bay Area born sandwich shop Ike’s is planning their latest San Diego outpost in Poway. According to commercial real estate company Location Matters, Ike’s Love and Sandwiches will join Regency Center’s Twin Peaks Plaza Shopping Center adjacent to Target.
Ike’s offers something for everyone, from gluten-free bread options, to halal and vegan choices. Menu favorites include “Sometimes I’m Vegetarian,” “Menage a Trois.” Plus options for just about any Bay Area sports fan, like the “Steph Curry,” “Matt Cain,” and “Marshawn Lynch.”
With over 70 locations nationwide, this will be Ike’s fifth stop in the San Diego market. You can currently get your “Dirty Sauce” fix in Hillcrest, Downtown, Point Loma, and Del Mar.
A rep for Ike’s confirmed to What Now San Diego that they’re in the initial stages of planning the Poway location. No update just yet as to when the Twin Peaks Plaza shop will open. Stay updated by following on Facebook for more info.
