Starcon Industries shares renderings of North Park Community Corner on their website. The 7-floor building will feature 66 residential units and ground-floor retail.

Finca is brought to us by Bottle Boon Hospitality, a management and consulting group that has worked with brands like Upland Brewing Co. and Caffe Calabria. Owners Dan Valerino and Chef Joe Bower operate Green Acres, the farm-to-table restaurant at Campus Pointe in Torrey Pines.

The future 90-seat restaurant in North Park will reportedly feature a menu of tapas, paired with wines spotlighting Spain and California, along with a wine club option and adjoining bottle shop.

Construction is well underway at North Park Community Corner but an anticipated completion date for the project has not been released. Finca is projected for a Summer 2023 opening.
