Local franchising partners Lawrence Kourie, Deryl Pangelinan, and Loralin Acoba signed on to introduce 12 locations to the San Diego market. The group has been on track with its plans, operating restaurants in Pacific Beach, El Cajon, Oceanside, Escondido, and Mira Mesa.

The restaurant has grown from humble beginnings in East Hollywood to a nationwide franchise with new locations listed as coming soon on its website in Boston, Brooklyn, and Orlando.

Specializing in Nashville Hot Chicken, Dave’s serves up spicy chicken tenders and slider-style sandwiches with fries, mac & cheese, or kale slaw on the side. For brave heat-seekers, you can get your chicken spice ranging from “No Spice” to “Reaper.”

An opening date for Dave’s Hot Chicken in Mission Valley is unclear at this early stage of planning. Follow along with Dave’s on Instagram as more locations are announced.
