Poki Poki continues to grow in the region, with another location heading to the coast soon. According to a recent permit filing, the poke chain is expected to set up its next restaurant in Carlsbad Village.
You can currently find Poki Poki operating in nearby North County locations like Oceanside, Encinitas, San Marcos, and most recently opened in Fallbrook.
Poki Poki specializes in build-your-own poke bowls, with options to customize your poke plate with your favorite seafood, toppings, and sauces. Locations now offer a variety of boba drinks, fruit teas, and blended beverages to complement their signature poke bowls.
What Now San Diego has reached out to the family-owned franchise group that operates local Poki Poki locations for updates on the Carlsbad site. An opening date has yet to be shared. Get to know Poki Poki by visiting one of their open locations in Encinitas or Oceanside.
