The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe plans to reveal the new concepts as part of the boutique resorts’ renovations currently in progress on the historic property. The incoming eateries are a nod to the Inn’s history, as the North County spot once offered an escape from Hollywood to stars like Bing Crosby, Charlie Chaplin, Douglas Fairbanks, and Mary Pickford.

“We are thrilled to be a part of the team that is bringing new life to The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe,” Clique Hospitality founder Andy Masi shares in a press release. “As we imagined these new concepts, we sought to create a restaurant and a bar as singular and as special as Rancho Santa Fe, as an ode to The Inn’s long-standing role as a gathering place for the community. We are eager to welcome visitors and locals alike to linger over a meal at Lilian’s, sip on a signature cocktail at Bing’s Bar and revel in the beauty of the reimagined Inn at Rancho Santa Fe.”

Lilian Rice, the iconic local architect and planner, is the namesake behind the new destination restaurant Lilian’s. Clique has snagged San Diego Chef Moira Hill to craft Lilian’s menu which is said to feature sustainable seafood, locally-sourced ingredients reminiscent of the California coast, and seasonal dishes. Guests can expect entrees like Crispy Skin Monterey Bay King Salmon served with artichoke heart puree, lentil salad, shaved fennel, and a local citrus slaw. To pair with its fresh cuisine, Lilian’s will offer exclusive wines, craft beers, and classic cocktails.

Bing’s Bar will bring Hollywood glam to Rancho Santa, taking inspiration from former local resident Bing Crosby. Bing’s Bar will feature timeless style, a not-so-hidden speakeasy aesthetic with a custom wood-paneled bar and herringbone oak floors. Guests can choose from wine, an impressive selection of liquor and spirits, and light bites.

The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe is expected to debut its multi-million-dollar property-wide upgrades in November 2023. To learn more about The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe, visit www.theinnatrsf.com
