Poke Chop opened its first restaurant in Pacific Beach in 2016 and has gone on to open two additional restaurants in Hillcrest and Encinitas.

Specializing in fresh poke bowls and burritos, Poke Chop lets you choose your own protein, sauces, toppings, and more. Guests can also choose from a menu of specialty bowls or sushi-style burritos like the Ocean View with a fresh Citrus Ponzu sauce, or the Heat Wave with Spicy Tuna and Lava-Lime Shoyu sauce.
