There’s good news for folks who were lucky enough to add a pandemic pet to their home recently: a new pet health clinic is on its way. Papaya Pet Care will be joining The Village at Pacific Highlands Ranch Shopping Mall in Carmel Valley. What Now San Diego confirmed via email with Founder Clayton Webb that the new clinic is expected to open Winter 2021.
Papaya Pets Website is live and their Instagram page teases details coming soon. According to The Village business listing, the brand plans on “humanizing pet care.” Their new approach to vet care is based on taking the anxiety out of the visit, for both the humans and the pets.
By simplifying the appointment process and even offering virtual appointments, Papaya Pet Clinic is setting out to refresh the dreaded vet visit. Permits have been filed with the city to join two formerly occupied units into a new health care facility. They aim to transform their new home into a warm and relaxing location, designed to alleviate what can often be a stressful situation and environment.
If you want your pet to be first in line for an appointment, you can sign up for updates through their Website now. The new clinic is aiming to open by the end of 2021.
