Sejal Patel tells What Now San Diego she got her business acumen from her parents who were both hard-working and dedicated business owners. Patel’s professional background ranges from nurse to early childhood educator to business operator, which she says has been a natural progression inspired by her upbringing.

Founded in 2012, Launch Entertainment got its start as a trampoline park and evolved to become the leader in indoor family entertainment. Backed by Silver Oak Services Partners, Launch Entertainment has grown to 31 locations in 14 states and continues to grow through franchising.

“Two things brought me to this particular brand. First, I believe business is about people. I loved my contacts from day one: the leadership, real estate team, the people at Launch have been warm and welcoming. The other thing I liked about Launch which is different than the traditional trampoline parks is the variety of attractions. They have an arcade, virtual reality, bowling, they have all these different attractions that I would be happy to bring my children to,” Patel explains. “They don’t just keep the children in mind but keep the family in mind. That means parents as well.”

Patel comments that Launch Entertainment locations fill a gap in the market for inclusive offerings and all-day entertainment. With amenities like a premium bar and a restaurant, Launch locations offer party space for any occasion and a full-service experience.

Jeff Todd, SVP of Business Development at Launch Entertainment shares in a press release, “Armed with their knowledge of previous business ownership in a similar industry, we knew that Sejal and Trushar would be well-matched for our franchise opportunity. The entertainment industry is a great move for those in the childcare space, and we look forward to seeing Sejal and Trusher’s future with Launch Entertainment. We are confident the local community will be as thrilled about the upcoming San Diego location as much as we are.”

Launch Entertainment looks to grow in target markets which include Georgia, Texas, Ohio, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Connecticut, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Alabama, New Jersey, Kansas, and Missouri.

San Diego’s indoor park is expected to open by mid-2024. Get to know Launch Entertainment by visiting their website and follow on Facebook for more information.
