From the Keg N Bottle team, KnB Bistro and Bottle Shop has a new Bayfront location planned on Mission Bay Drive. KnB will expand on their combination restaurant and liquor store concept, joining Jefferson Pacific Beach mixed-use development owned by Equity Residential.
Keg N Bottle operates ten locations, widely spread across San Diego County with one location in Santa Barbara. The brand is generally known for their expansive beer, wine, and liquor collections.
The KnB Bistro concept can be found at their Del Cerro and La Jolla outposts, featuring a warm ambiance, a plethora of beers on tap, gourmet menu options, alongside fully-stocked liquor shelves and beer fridges.
On the menu at KnB Bistro, you’ll find shareable bites like charcuterie plates and pretzel twists, street tacos, seasonal salads, and specialty entrees updated weekly. KnB also offers ticketed dinner events with liquor, wine or beer pairings.
Now the team, led by Co-Owner Tony Konja and family, will replicate the KnB Bistro concept in Pacific Beach. Their new home at Jefferson Pacific Beach consists of 172-unit luxury apartments with ground floor retail which includes a veterinary clinic, hair salon, and two additional retail spaces currently negotiating leases at the site.
