Fresh N Go is putting final touches on their new healthy concept opening soon in Escondido. The new restaurant will debut on East 2nd Avenue, steps from Grand in Downtown Escondido.
Co-owners Esvaidy, Olga, and Alma noticed there weren’t enough healthy eateries in the Downtown Escondido area and wanted to bring a fresh concept to the area.
Specializing in build-your-own bowls, Fresh N Go will serve nutrient-rich options like fresh protein, vegetables, grains, and greens. Plus fruit-infused waters, green juices, and teas. The restaurant will serve brunch, lunch, and dinner options upon opening with future plans to expand their weekend offerings.
Esvaidy Flores tells What Now San Diego the restaurant will bring Tulum vibes, with lots of fresh greenery and beachy decor. It will be a place you’ll want to hang out, with live music planned for the weekends.
