Elixir Espresso Bar is planning a new outpost in the heart of Pacific Beach. A permit filing places the coffeehouse on Garnet Avenue, across from Pacific Plaza.
The coffee shop currently operates two locations in San Diego, including at the Marston Building Downtown. Their La Plaza location in La Jolla offers coffee and wine, with a menu that includes crepes, flatbreads, toasted baguette sandwiches, cheese boards, gelato, and more.
Elixir Espresso Bar closed its coffee stand at Westfield UTC in early 2022. Few details are known about the latest location, which will move into the approximately 2,000-square-foot space which had previously housed Cool Creations pottery studio. Cool Creations relocated to the space next door which had housed a martial arts school.
An opening date has yet to be released for the new Elixir location but a hiring announcement signals the cafe is near finalization. Stay updated by following Elixir Espresso Bar on Instagram.
