Featuring a counter-service menu, Bun & Patti blends classic menu items with high-end design and elevated ingredients.

Founded by husband and wife team Elion and Amy Prodani. The new eatery brings together Elion’s two decades’ worth of experience managing fine dining restaurants in Las Vegas with Amy’s eye for interior design.

The interior of the restaurant takes inspiration from Roaring 20s-era New York City bistros with a hint of French panache. The 1,500-square-foot space was designed by co-owner Amy along with architecture by Andy McCabe from Oceanside-based firm Tec/scape, creating a moody and bold setting for Elion’s kitchen creations.

“We are looking to change how people view a burger place,” says co-owner Elion Prodani in a press release. “Bun & Patti delivers a high-end burger not just by focusing on the ingredients and the environment but also on the technique in our preparations. With my background in fine dining, I wanted to bring this level of quality while still being approachable to everyone.”

Bun & Patti’s signature burger blend of the upper two-thirds Angus choice chuck and brisket sourced from Gold Canyon Meat Co. and beef from Flannery Beef, a third-generation farm in Petaluma. Guests can choose from a single, double, sliders, or an Impossible vegan option, on brioche buns, salt and pepper brioche, pretzel buns, or vegan sesame buns baked fresh daily sourced from Los Angeles-based Rockenwagner Bakery.

Besides burgers, Bun & Patti’s offers gourmet sandwiches like Taste of the South featuring fried Mary’s Chicken, housemade cabbage slaw, pickled and housemade chipotle aioli on a toasted pretzel bun, “Lady A’s” Chicken Wings served with your preference of Classic Buffalo, Hot Honey, and Garlic Parmesan sauce, or the Power Bowl made with grilled Mary’s Chicken, red quinoa, cucumber, green goddess dressing, avocado, carrots, shredded kale, roasted cherry tomatoes, candied walnuts and apple cider vinaigrette.

Pair your burger, sandwich, bowl, or salad with beverage options for any taste and experience, with housemade vanilla or chocolate milkshakes, local draft beer, wine or bubbly, and canned cocktails. Bun & Patti’s bar is also stocked with Lyre’s non-alcoholic spirits and featured in the Free Spirited section of its cocktail menu.

Bun & Patti is now open at 2171 Kettner Blvd. Hours include Sunday-Thursday from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. and Friday-Saturday from 11 a.m.-11 p.m. For more information on Bun & Patti, please visit www.bunandpatti.com and follow them on Instagram.
