Escondido Times-Advocate first reported that owner Alberta Agyan and daughter/co-owner Grace Hall have outgrown their current space and are upgrading to a larger one to accommodate both quick-service and sit-down dining.

The expanded space will allow A Delight of France to grow their team, introduce in-house events and live music, and potentially accommodate events as their building’s second floor could be transformed into a venue.

Their menu delights with scratch-made pastries, sweet or savory crepes, salads, croissant sandwiches and paninis, along with French specialty dishes like Quiche and Boeuf Bourguignon. Make sure to save room for dessert in the form of a fresh fruit tart, chocolate eclair, or colorful macaron.

A rep for A Delight of France says if construction and permitting goes according to plan, the new restaurant will open in Fall 2022. Stay tuned for updates by following their Facebook page.
