Since taking over one industrial building next door, Jacked Up Brewery co-owners Michael Poulson along with wife, Caroline, and daughter, Torry, have upgraded their brewing system in order to fulfill increased demand at their taproom.
Moving their beer production site to the new space has freed up room in their original taproom site for additional guests and for Jacked Up Brewing to host more events and live music nights.
In addition to the production space, the Poulson team has also acquired another larger neighboring building on the same lot. This space is mapped out to renovate into a venue for their on-site entertainment, from music to comedy shows.
In their renovation plans, Jacked Up Brewery is also planning to install an all-day restaurant. Their taproom currently serves food by local business Pinsarella Pizza, along with bar bites like soft pretzels.
Upgrades to Jacked Up Brewery are ongoing and no word yet when we can expect the full restaurant and venue plans to be completed. Visit the Jacked Up Brewery website for more information and their full calendar of events.
