VS Wings is in the process of setting up a brand new concept in Alpine. The fast-casual restaurant is due to replace Alpine Social Kitchen and Tap at Alpine Countryside shopping center.
Owner Jason DiZang tells What Now San Diego that the restaurants’ name was inspired by his mother, taking her initials VS. “VS Wings is bringing the community of Alpine something simple, fast, and fresh,” DiZang shares.
While DiZang explains VS Wings is a quick-service restaurant that’s perfect for on-the-go dining, the site will offer a casual seating area and fresh ingredients made in-house.
Guests can expect made-to-order wings with 12 different East-meets-West flavors like lemongrass. Beyond wings, VS Wings will serve hot chicken sandwiches with side dishes like coleslaw and fries.
VS Wings is projected to open by early Fall 2023. A website and social media is in the works for VS Wings soon.
