According to recent California Business Registration and ABC filings, Tekka Bar is making its way to San Diego. From Clique Hospitality, the Sushi restaurant was established at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. A second location opened at the Delray Beach Market in Delray Beach, FL.
Clique Hospitality have been successful in the San Diego market with entities such as Lionfish Coastal Cuisine, Oxford Social Club, The Pool House Rooftop Bar at The Pendry, and Bull and Bourbon Steakhouse at Sycuan Casino Resort.
Dubbed “Japan Born. Vegas Original,” the restaurant specializes in handrolls, Sake, and even Nitro Matcha Green Tea. Based off their previous restaurant menus, we can expect Vegas-themed roll combos like the Highroller and Tekk-Out dishes to-go.
Tekka Bar’s new home is planned for 575 South Coast Highway 101 in Encinitas, next door to Death By Tequila. No word yet on an opening date. View their menu at the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas Website.
