Ramen Mik recently snuck onto the scene with a permit filing for a location in San Marcos. The authentic Japanese Ramen restaurant will arrive on North Twin Oaks Valley Road, nearby CSU San Marcos and San Marcos Civic Center.
Not too much is known about the concept at this point. Their Instagram page is parked with the announcement of locations coming soon to San Marcos and Escondido.
The restaurant is tied to Noriyuki Mori and Bruce Kanenobu, the team behind Shogun Restaurant Group. Founder Kanenobu operates teppanyaki style Shogun Restaurants, with eight Southern California locations, including San Diego and San Marcos.
An opening date for San Marcos has not been announced, nor has an exact location in Escondido. Follow Ramen Mik on Instagram for updates.
