Established in 2013 by founders David and Sandra Mejia, Nibble Chocolate is handcrafted in small batches from single-origin organic cocoa beans. Featuring better-for-you, bean-to-bar, real chocolate, Nibble only adds sugar to its chocolate in order to allow its natural health benefits and flavor to shine.

Nibble Chocolate operates retail shops and chocolate cafes in Old Town and Little Italy, and will have a new hub for its chocolatey creations in PB. Nibble’s single-origin chocolate bars, truffles, powdered chocolate, and gift sets are sold online and in-store. While their chocolate cafe serves up hot chocolate, iced chocolate, teas and espresso drinks, and vegan pastries.

Nibble Chocolate continues to share teasers on Instagram from their new location, which shows a lot of equipment and supplies being moved in. An opening announcement has yet to be made for Pacific Beach and the brand has given no indication of closing its other locations. Stay updated by following Nibble Chocolate on Instagram.
