Taco Machin appears to be the latest venture of the proprietor of Romesco Mexiterranean Bistro, “a simple but elegant bistro dedicated to serving harmonic courses and diverse tapas based on color, taste, texture and aromas.” Romesco has been operating in Bonita since 2005.

Taco Machin’s website suggests the influence of Tijuana on the eatery’s aesthetic, however Peña was unavailable for comment at the time of publication, so the concept remains a bit of a mystery. The eatery will be situated at the corner of Bonita and Allen School roads. You’ll want to refer to Taco Machin’s website for more information as it becomes available.
