Born in New York City, Halal Guys gained a loyal following that has grown the brand from one modest food cart in midtown Manhattan to 100 locations and counting across the US. The fast-casual restaurant set a goal in 2022 to grow to 400 locations worldwide.

Halal Guys is partnered with the franchise development group Fransmart, which continues to build relationships with current franchisees to expand to additional units while simultaneously signing new franchise agreements to grow in regions like Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Texas.

A rep for the brand tells What Now San Diego they are in the early stages of securing locations to expand Halal Guys in the region. Halal Guys has already seen growth in LA and Orange County, with the closest location being in Tustin.

Halal Guys serves platters with your choice of beef gyro, chicken, falafel, served alongside lettuce, rice, and fresh tomatoes, plus sandwiches of warm pita filled with your preferred fillings and topped with their signature sauces.

Qadri shares that San Diegans should expect to see the first locations of Halal Guys launch later in 2023. Get to know the menu at Halal Guys and find your nearest location by visiting their Website
