Owner Matt Serventi tells What Now San Diego Fuku Sushi is getting to know their new neighborhood in their soft opening. With locations in Phoenix, Tempe, and Tucson, this is their first San Diego brick and mortar restaurant.

Fuku Sushi specializes in authentic Japanese dishes and uses fresh seafood brought in daily. The San Diego menu is similar to their Arizona restaurants but they are testing additional items like Tonkotsu Ramen, Oysters, and fresh fish entrees.

Fuku Sushi is open daily 11am-11pm, with Happy Hour offered from 3-5pm and 10-close. They expect to celebrate a grand opening in the next four weeks and extended late-night hours coming soon. Visit their Website for more information.
