“Food and fun are at the heart of the Margaritaville experience, and we are excited to bring the carefree vibes and delectable flavors of the islands to the heart of San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter,” said Jim Hollister, General Manager of Margaritaville Hotel San Diego Gaslamp Quarter in a statement. “With our LandShark Bar & Grill, 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar and Margaritaville Coffee Shop, we offer our guests on elevated culinary escape that reflects the laid-back, tropical vibes of Margaritaville.”

LandShark Bar & Grill offers a Baja-inspired take on classic American beach fare, from the Mexican Shrimp Cocktail, with chiles, onions, cilantro, tomatoes, and fresh lime juice and served with tortilla chips to Baja Style Fish Tacos with cabbage slaw, poblano cream, pico de gallo, flour tortillas, tortilla chips and roasted tomato salsa. With a coastal-inspired ambiance and roll-up garage door walls that allow for open-air dining, guests can savor their meals while enjoying live music in the heart of downtown San Diego. LandShark Bar & Grill beckons locals working downtown with weekly lunch specials and Happy Hour Mondays through Thursdays. Capitalizing on the hotel’s prime location just steps away from Petco Park, LandShark Bar & Grill features food and beverage specials specially curated around concerts, events and Padres games.

Situated on San Diego’s largest rooftop, 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar features friendly service in a casual, breezy atmosphere. 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar offers views of downtown San Diego, a poolside dining experience with light bites and bespoke cocktails. Cocktails include the Fyre, made with reposado tequila, Ancho Reyes chile liqueur, Cointreau orange liqueur, coconut syrup, agave nectar and lime juice; or the Summer on The Coast, made with Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Aperol, lemon juice, simple syrup and mint. Locals and guests can enjoy daily Happy Hour discounts from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar creates a tropical but distinctly Southern California escape through curated live music each weekend.

Margaritaville Coffee Shop offers sips and snacks. The shop serves daily fresh pastries from O’Brien’s Bakery as well as artisanal donuts from Chef Santiago Campa at Donut Bar, exclusively available at Donut Bar and Margaritaville Hotel San Diego Gaslamp Quarter. Beyond the bites, retail at Margaritaville Coffee Shop features a Margaritaville x Padres collaboration with exclusive clothing and merchandise.
