The San Diego Padres have announced a new and fully renovated club space will open at the beginning of the 2024 season, situated on the Terrace Level on the third baseline, according to the Padres website. Visitors can expect premium seating, private spaces, luxury finishes, private restrooms, semi-inclusive food and beverage offerings, and a dedicated bar exclusively for club members. Non-club members can enjoy the space and grab a drink at a walk-up bar on the club’s exterior.

The Cutwater Agave Club will sit underneath the Western Metal Supply building in the former home of The Still. In addition to these seats being in the shade, the Cutwater Agave Club will have an assortment of inclusive ballpark fare and snacks, Petco Park favorites, and non-alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages will be available from a dedicated bar inside the club. Previously, fans with a game ticket could access areas of this space, but starting next year, seats will be limited only to those who secure a Platinum Padres Membership with a ticket within the Cutwater Agave Club sections.

The new club announcement comes only a few months after the baseball team announced a $20 million renovation project for Gallagher Square, formerly Park at the Park. Plans include moving the children’s ball field to the northwest corner of the lot; building a concrete gathering space and sloped amphitheater-style seating area facing the Sycuan stage and a new video board; replacing the grass with artificial turf; constructing a top-tier, baseball-themed playground with a 35-foot baseball bat statue; and the addition of a fenced in, off-leash dog park, new bathrooms, a temporary pickleball court, and expanded entrances on Ninth and J Streets.
