Grab your drinking buddy because it’s almost time for CoLab Public House to debut in North County. The hybrid brewery/bar and restaurant space is gearing up for their Spring opening adjacent to the 78 in Vista.
CoLab has partnered with a mix of food and beverage brands, giving guests access to a variety of options from wine, craft beer, hard kombucha, seltzers, and juicy burgers all under one roof.
Local SoCal businesses Barrel & Stave, Breakwater Brewing, Propaganda Wine Co, Laguna Beach Beer Company, and Baby’s Badass Burgers will all serve on-site at CoLab Public House. The space offers a unique opportunity for all brands to expand their reach in the area without making a hefty investment in acquiring real estate to grow.
Co-Founder Joe Deutsch tells What Now San Diego both Barrel & Stave and Breakwater Brewing will be brewing on-site. Laguna Beer will utilize the space for barrel-aging beers, and all brands will share a portion of the expansive bar to pour their handcrafted beverages.
