The cafe’s mascot and dog boss Chiefy can be found on all of Chiefy Cafe’s marketing, making their space a hang out for humans and their pet friends. Chiefy Cafe opened their original location in the Gaslamp Quarter in 2021 and announced last month they’ve opened up two new cafes in Hillcrest and SDSU.

On their signature drink menu, guests will find traditional espresso-based drinks, a Protein Latte made with protein powder and sweetened with honey, fruit smoothies and Matcha Lattes. Chiefy Cafe also serves up lots of breakfast and lunch options like Avocado Toast, gluten-free Waffles, and bagel sandwiches.

An opening timeline for a fourth location in Poway is yet to be announced. Meet Chiefy by visiting their Website and follow on Instagram for updates.
