Eater reports the revamped space will combine Japanese and American cultures in their architecture and interior design, as well as in their cocktail program which will highlight Japanese spirits.

Both audiophiles and Bar Pink nostalgists should find satisfaction as reports state that former Bar Pink managing partner Dang Nguyen along with The Casbah’s Tim Mays are on board to introduce the listening bar to the public.

Just down the block on 30th, SanDiegoVille shares that CH Projects is also working on introducing a new restaurant concept called Leila. According to city building permits, a significant remodel is planned at 3956 30th St to renovate an existing retail space into a restaurant.

For the record, Part Time Lover is expected to open sometime in May. No opening announcement has been made for Leila at this time. Learn more about CH Projects by visiting their Website.
