CAVA is planning their fifth area restaurant, this time in Carmel Mountain Ranch. According to a recent permit filing, we can expect the healthy Mediterranean chain to join Carmel Mountain Plaza next to Angelika Film Center.

The brand made significant growth efforts through the pandemic, increasing their digital presence by offering an app-based ordering system for easy pick-up and rewards benefits. You can currently find CAVA in Encinitas, One Paseo in Del Mar, La Jolla, and Mission Valley.
CAVA’s menu features salad and grain bowls, plus pita wraps with bold Mediterranean flavors like Spicy Lamb Meatballs, Harissa Honey Chicken, and Braised Lamb. On the side, their pita bread and chips are a top choice with their selection of hummus and Crazy Feta (whipped feta dip).
