The signings will add 23 Capriotti locations to their future pipeline, with San Diego included on their growth list along with Los Angeles and Santa Barbara

Founded in Delaware in 1976, Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop is an award-winning national franchised restaurant chain that remains true to its 40-year tradition of slow-roasting whole, all-natural turkeys in-house every day.

Their menu includes cold, grilled, and vegetarian subs, plus cheese steaks and salads. Capriotti’s best selling sandwich is The Bobbie, made with homemade turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing and mayo on a soft roll.

Capriotti’s franchise program has achieved notable success this year, ranking on the Inc. 5000 list, as well as making the Franchise Times Top 500 list, and the International Franchise Association awarded franchisee of the year to a California franchisee from Fresno, CA.

New San Diego locations have yet to be announced. The area currently holds one Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop in La Mesa. For more information on Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, visit their Website
