The company recently applied for a liquor license to open its second taproom in San Diego County. Co-owner Adam Jester tells What Now San Diego that the company will open this new location within Vinaka Cafe. He says he plans to incorporate both businesses with each other, while Vinaka Cafe will continue to operate in the space. Jesters says he plans to open the new taproom by the end of the year.

The company currently operates out of a 1,300-square-foot facility in Oceanside at 3229 Roymar Road with an indoor bar and picnic table seating. The family operation, which includes Julie Jester, Kimberly Burns, and Dominic Burns, opened in 2022 with a 3,000-square-foot outdoor area. The taproom has proved popular with locals, so much so that the owners are ready to expand the brewery a little over a year after its debut.

“We will proudly serve our customers with only the best, continually crafting each taste until it’s right,” according to the company’s website. “Everyday, we’re driven by our core values: delivering quality flavors, honoring our customers, and celebrating the culture of beer. Experience it for yourself by joining us for a brewery tour, a special event, or just to try what’s on tap at our family-friendly brewery in Oceanside!”
