SanDiegoVille reports behind the restaurant is the hospitality team, Choukair Restaurant Group. Noted as “CRG” but not to be confused with Cohn Restaurant Group. Choukair Restaurant Group is known to have brought us Oggi’s Pizza.

The Incredible Egg is also not to be confused with The Incredible Cafe, formerly known as The Incredible Egg, a family-owned cafe open for breakfast and lunch in Rancho Bernardo. The Incredible Cafe was featured on Food Networks’ Restaurant Impossible hosted by Robert Irvine.

What Now San Diego spoke with The Incredible Cafe Owner Liz Song who was unaware The Incredible Egg was looking to open under her original cafe’s name.

Few details about the new breakfast and lunch spot are available at this time. Visit The Incredible Egg on Instagram for updates on the project.

EDIT: This post has been edited to update Choukair Restaurant Group’s information.
