The Cottage continues to grow with plans for its third restaurant in the coastal town of Del Mar. SanDiegoVille reports The Cottage has secured a ground-floor unit at Del Mar Plaza through commercial real estate firm Location Matters.
A longstanding staple of the La Jolla community, the breakfast and brunch spot is known for its relaxed indoor and outdoor dining atmosphere and homestyle charm. The Cottage expanded in 2022, introducing a second restaurant in Encinitas Village.
For breakfast, find egg scrambles, the Southern California Omelet with bacon and guacamole, and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes fresh from the griddle. On the lunch and dinner menu, guests can choose from options like the Milanese Chicken Sandwich, a Chile Lime Shrimp Bowl, or the La Jolla Fish and Chips.
