StretchLab is expanding further in San Diego County with two more spots on the way. The wellness-focused brand is placing a second location in Carlsbad and their first South County location in Chula Vista’s Otay Ranch

Established in 2015, the Irvine-based company is the leading assisted stretching brand and are backed by boutique wellness business Xponential Fitness

There are currently seven StretchLab locations open in the region now, and operate more than 200 locations across North America through franchising.

Focused on improving their clients overall health through assisted stretching, their services are known to benefit posture, alleviate muscle pain, and increase range of motion to improve flexibility and sports performance. 

StretchLab’s advanced “Flexologist” instructors build customized stretching plans for each unique individual, tailoring the experience for guests depending on their needs and goals. Stretchlab offers 1-on-1 sessions, group sessions, and membership packages.

No word yet on when their Northern Carlsbad location in North County Plaza will open but an Instagram account has been set up.
