According to the for-sale listing, the 6,379-square-foot corner space, at 536 Market Street, had recently undergone a $1,400,000 remodel. The “highly successful and profitable” business has been a “hallmark of the Gaslamp Quarter” for over 14 years. The company’s current lease is good through 2028 after a ten-year renewal was executed in 2018.

Purchase of Sidebar and Ciro’s would include “all licenses,” according to the listing which is held by Flocke & Avoyer. Sidebar and Ciro’s are both owned and operated by restaurant group and hospitality consulting firm RMD Group Services. Reps for RMD on Wednesday did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

“Side Bar Nightclub and Lounge has been a staple in San Diego for over 14 years,” RMD wrote of the business after its recent remodel. “The original concept was the first to offer bottle service in the downtown area, and helped plant the seed for the development of our now brag-worthy Gaslamp hospitality community.”
