Not familiar with this North park staple? All you need to know is that Señor Mango’s serves up ‘purely traditional and all natural’ fruit-based items are their current location and through catering. You can create your own concoction, or enjoy some of the presets, like the ‘Vampiro,’ a celery, beet, carrot and orange juice, or the ‘Ice-Cream Watermelon,’ a watermelon, banana, vanilla and strawberry ice-cream smoothie.” The tortas range from the Tuna Sandwich to the Lomo, and of course they offer vegetarian options as well.

“The new location will allow us to serve the same menu that we currently offer at the original location.  For almost 20 years, we have listened to our customers and made a few modifications and additions to our menu but we feel that our customers really love our current menu,” co-owner Armando Leon wrote in an email to What Now San Diego.

The smoothie shop will take over the space formerly occupied by The Classic Rock Sandwich Shoppe at 3042 North Park Way. “Our goal is to open in early July,” Leon added.
