The coffee shop recently applied for a new liquor license for the space next door, which is the former home of Hoffer’s Cigar Bar. While the Cigar Shop is temporarily closed and is listed on Yelp as reopening on February 29, the Public Square Coffee House owners announced this month on Instagram that the company is expanding after seven years to the original location of Public Square. The company recently launched a Mainvest campaign for investors.

Public Square Coffee House, led by co-owners Alexis and Aaron Henderson and Chris Herrera, has a target of $200,000 from this campaign, which ends in late March. The new Public Square will grow from 1,200 square feet to a 2,500+ square-foot cafe with a 1,300 square foot rooftop deck. With this money and additional space, the owners plan to expand seating inside, add a rooftop patio, and expand the kitchen from 180 square feet to 600 square feet, allowing for more equipment and faster service, according to the campaign details. Finally, the expansion will allow the company to add a dinner service featuring their legendary grandma-style pizza.

“When it comes to brewing coffee, we strive for excellence,” according to the Mainvest campaign. “Public Square is a local, family-owned specialty coffee roaster that showcases delightful direct-trade coffees sourced from exceptional growers and farmers worldwide. Our hand-picked selection also includes curated artisanal teas and seasonal drink specials. Additionally, we pride ourselves on partnering with talented and personable baristas who are dedicated to providing exceptional service and educating our customers to the highest standards. Each drink is crafted meticulously, adhering to top-tier recipes that demand nothing but perfection.”

I loved even more than you will get done right here. The overall look is nice, and the writing is stylish, but there’s something off about the way you write that makes me think that you should be careful what you say next. I will definitely be back again and again if you protect this hike.
