Mandeep Singh, Kulwant Jafal, and Garish Talwar make up Brother’s Empire, the franchise group responsible for launching Oath Pizza in California.

“We recognized a gap in the Southern California market for pizza shops offering feel-good pizza made with the finest ingredients, while still prioritizing guest experience. Oath Pizza has dedicated substantial effort to perfecting this balance,” shares co-owner of Brother’s Empire,  Mandeep Singh, in a press release.

With its placement now in Los Angeles County, Brother’s Empire is now looking to Orange County and San Diego for the ideal Southern California trifecta. According to the group, Carlsbad has been pinned as the next destination for the better-for-you pizzeria.

Established on Nantucket Island off of Massachusetts in 2015, Oath Pizza is well-established on the East Coast with 11 restaurants in New York, Pennsylvania, and across Massachusetts. The brand operates an additional 7 spots on university campuses in Indiana, Virginia, and Arizona, to name a few.

At the base of each Oath Pizza, guests can find hand-stretched dough, grilled and seared in avocado oil, and topped with housemade sauces, with toppings like hand-cut veggies, premium cheese blends, and humanely-raised meats. Oath Pizza offers a range of options to accommodate special dietary needs, with vegan and gluten-free options. Signature pies include the Bella, a classic Italian pizza, Tuscan Sausage, and a buffalo chicken pizza called the Spicy Mother Clucker.

No word yet on when we can expect the first outpost of Oath Pizza to hit San Diego County. Get to know the brand by following Oath Pizza on Instagram
