The farm-to-door meal prep service and cafe, LuckyBolt, looks to be making moves in the Torrey Hills area. According to construction plans accessed by What Now San Diego, Lucky Bolt is making preparations to transform an existing commercial space on Sorrento Valley Road into a new bakery and cafe.
Established in 2011, LuckyBolt partners with local farms to source premium ingredients for healthy meals prepared and served from their Sorrento Valley Kitchen + Takeaway location.
In their flagship Kitchen, you can enjoy prepared meals and baked goods in house or to go. LuckyBolt also offers delivery service to guests looking to have farm-fresh meals at their doorstep. Their specials vary week to week, based on what the local farms have to offer.
