The company’s sixth site will move into the Fashion Valley Mall, according to an application being reviewed by the San Diego Department of Environmental Health and Quality. Guillaume and Ludivine Ryon have established this eatery as one of San Diego’s best sweet shops, having locations in Gaslamp, Del Mar, Liberty Public Market, Anaheim, and, most recently, Coronado. Customers can expect a variety of pastries, desserts, coffee, and more.

Le Parfait Paris is a Parisian-inspired café driven by the passion and precision of French pastries. After being around for nearly a decade, the company has established itself with its flavorful macarons, freshly baked croissants, baguettes, and fruit tarts, using only the freshest ingredients. The boulangerie strives to deliver high-quality pastries and baked goods confected traditionally and made fresh daily. Le Parfait Paris is ideal for grabbing a quick bite and espresso or savoring a relaxed meal in true European fashion.

“The story of Le Parfait started in 2014 with the opening of a family-run Patisserie & Boulangerie in San Diego’s historic Gaslamp quarter,” according to the company’s website. “Today, Parfait Paris brings its French savoir-faire throughout its various locations, inviting people to taste the French Art de Vivre and celebrate its Gourmet Parisian heritage. Now known for our award-winning desserts, macarons, and pastries, we offer a variety of savory and sweet fares all made from scratch.”
