Greenspot Salad Company is adding a new outpost for their nutrition-focused restaurant in the University City area. The salad specialists closed their Sorrento Valley location late last year. Now they’ll place a third location at the Governor Park business center, providing an option for healthy breakfast and lunches to the neighboring corporate buildings.
Established in 2011, the fast casual spot provides natural and unprocessed foods out of 4S Ranch and Mission Valley. Greenspot serves up bountiful salads, loaded wraps, and hearty soups, with frittatas and pastries for the am crowd.
Greenspot Salad Company prides itself on preparing their ingredients in-house, from their signature salad dressings to roasted and marinated toppings and fillings. They carefully select produce and do without harmful byproducts.
