Alexis Couch, Commercial Real Estate Broker at Location Matters, secured the lease on behalf of Craft House.

Craft House strives to provide guests with the freshest ingredients available and uses local and organic artisan products. The brick-and-mortar features an 800-square-foot patio; a jungled-out, Tulum-themed interior; and live music on the weekends.

Nestled in the heart of the Fashion Valley mall, Craft House’s new location is poised to offer a fusion of flavor, ambiance, and culinary innovation. Building on the success of its Del Mar establishment, the second Craft House is primed to elevate the culinary scene in Fashion Valley by introducing a curated menu and a thoughtfully designed interior.

“We are thrilled to expand the Craft House family with our second location in Fashion Valley,” said Caesar Huerta, Chef and Co-Owner at Craft House in a statement. “Our commitment to excellence, creativity, and genuine hospitality remains at the forefront of everything we do. With this new location, we aim to provide a memorable experience that resonates with both our loyal patrons and newcomers.”

Craft House Fashion Valley is a new American cuisine restaurant with a Mexican influence serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food menu consists of Achiote Chipotle or Calabrian Chili Buffalo Wings, Blackened Salmon BLT, Local Catch Ceviche, Lobster Roll, Bone Marrow, Burgers, Herb Butter Tomahawk, and more.

The drink menu consists of speciality cocktails such as Chocolate Bliss Martini and Tamarind Painkiller, in addition to house cocktails such as the Coco Loco Margarita made with 1800 coconut tequila, coconut syrup, toasted coconut and fresh lime juice, and the Ginger On The Rye made with rye whiskey, muddled raspberry, mint, and ginger.

“We call ourselves Craft House to truly represent our commitment to crafting every element in-house and by hand. From meticulously muddled cocktails to our own house-made juices, aiolis, and dressings, we take personal care in every detail,” Huerta said. “We take pride in what we do and what we serve to our guests.”

Craft House’s expansion also brings forth the opportunity to forge partnerships with local artisans, farmers, and producers, strengthening the restaurant’s connection to the community and contributing to the region’s economic growth.

Craft House started as a food truck in 2016 and is widely known for its Monster Burgers – 8 oz. patties made from a blend of chuck, short-rib, and brisket with the beef grounded in-house daily to ensure quality and freshness. The food truck is currently only available for events and catering.

Craft House Fashion Valley is located at 7007 Friars Rd suite 347, San Diego, Ca 92108. Craft House is open Sunday to Monday from 11am – 9pm, Tuesday to Thursday from 3pm – 9pm, and Friday to Saturday from 11am – 10pm.
