Originally born as a food truck in North Park, the opening of the dine-in establishment in Del Mar marks an exciting new chapter for Salt + Lime, fulfilling Alan’s dream of creating a space where the community can gather, celebrate, and indulge in the magic of Mexican cuisine.

“We are excited to open our doors in Del Mar and share our love for food with the community. Each and every dish we serve is a treasured masterpiece, steeped in the rich traditions of my family, carefully passed down through the generations before me,” said Alan Efter, Founder at Salt + Lime in a statement. “Our team has been hard at work making this new opening possible and we can’t wait to welcome guests to a welcoming space where they can enjoy authentic Mexican food.”

Salt + Lime is officially open to the public and is conveniently located at 1201 Camino Del Mar Suite 101, Del Mar, CA 92014.
