While the new kitchen will not be a retail location and Grazing Boxes will continue to be sold online-only, the new setup is the first step towards Owner Bruna Vianna getting a shop of her own to sell her product.

“I’d love my own storefront,” she said. “Somewhere close to the beach.”

Vianna created Grazing Box to provide people a chance to get together with friends and loved ones while “grazing” a yummy charcuterie box, preferably paired with a glass of wine.

With boxes made-to-order each one is designed to be perfect for picnics, as a gift, for date night, wine tasting, or whatever occasion may arise.

“I see it as a way to bring people together,” Vianna explained. “You can buy a box, go to the beach, and have a nice picnic.”

Grazing Boxes can be found at www.grazingboxsd.com/boxes and come as an “Individual Grazing”, which includes brie, aged cheddar, salami, fresh fruit, and more, a “Small Grazing”, which serves two people and comes with Artisan cheese, curated meat, dried fruit, honey, and more, among other larger options.

Grazing Box delivers throughout San Diego.
