Managed by hospitality company Milano Five Group, their portfolio of restaurants include three locations of Ambrogio15 and Semola in La Jolla. Ambrogio15 can be found on various lists for Top San Diego restaurants with their locations in Del Mar, Little Italy, and Pacific Beach.

Founding partner Giacomo Pizzigoni tells What Now San Diego the Ambrogio15 Enoteca tasting room will serve natural wines from small, organic, sustainable winemakers from Italy. These rare wines will be served alongside shareable plates like cheese platters.

Known for their expansive wine program, Pizzigoni says they’ve been asked by many guests where they can buy the wine they’ve enjoyed in their restaurants. Ambrogio15 was awarded Top Italian Restaurant 2022 and Best Contemporary Wine List in San Diego by Italian food and wine magazine Gambero Rosso.

Now the team will allow their guests exclusive access to imported wines, along with other gourmet foods like balsamic vinegar, truffles, olive oils, and other unique products sourced from Italy.

Ambrogio15 Enoteca is expected to open in Fall 2022 in time for the holiday season. For now, follow Ambrogio15 on Instagram
