Fresh on the heels of opening a new outpost of White Rice in Normal Heights, Chef Phillip Esteban already has new projects outlined for his portfolio of restaurants with OpenGym Collective

San Diego Magazine first reports Esteban’s next venture is to be called Wild Flour. The delicatessen-style eatery will move into a 2,600-square-foot space at Liberty Station, neighbor to the original White Rice stall at Liberty Public Market. 

The chef, known for his contributions to expanding Filipino cuisine in San Diego, teases additional concepts coming to the area in the coming years but no additional details are known at this time.
